3. JAMB admission letter
4. Post UTME print out
5. Admission verification status printout
6. Acceptance fee payment receipt
7. School fees/ancillary fee payment receipt
8. IMSU admission letter
9. Attestation Letter
10. Local government Identification letter
11. Verified WAEC by the school
12. Primary school testimonial
13. Birth certificate
14. At least 4 copies of passport.

Note; WAEC and JAMB result is the most closely checked document. This is so because the clearance officer has to make sure that you have good grades in the required subjects for the given department. If not, such student will be transferred to another course at once.

How to do IMSU faculty clearance/screening
