IMSU commences application for JUPEB programme 2022/2023 academic session

Get direct entry admission into 200 level in Imo State University with JUPEB programme (Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUBEB) programme for 2022/2023 session.

The programme leads to the award of JUPEB Certificate which enables candidate gain Direct Entry Admission into 200 level of the candidate’s choice of course in Imo State University, Owerri and other JUPEB affiliated Universities in Nigeria and Abroad.

Candidates intending to apply for admission into JUPEB programme of Imo State University are expected to have  obtained five credits which must include English Language and Mathematics, at not more than (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO,  or NABTEB. Upon admission, the candidate is expected to choose only (3) subjects relevant to the course he/she wishes to study.

The relevant Subject combinations must meet the requirement as applicable for the admission into Degree Programmes in agriculture, science, engineering, medicine, health sciences, environmental sciences, law, humanities, education, management sciences and social sciences of Imo State University, Owerri and all JUPEB affiliated Universities in Nigeria and Abroad.

Date for commencement of JUPEB registration

Sales of forms commences on Monday 13th June, 2022

Subject Combination

Management: BUS, MAT, ECO

Law: CRS, LIT, GOV

Medicine/Health Sciences: BIO, CHE, PHY

Social Sciences: LIT, CRS, GOV or HIS

Method of Application

Interested candidates are to pay the sum of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira Only) for the purchase of form and subsequently N30,000 as registration fee at IMSU Micro Finance Bank and submit the teller to JUPEB office of Imo State University and wait for further instruction.
