Northwest University, Kano (NWU) Approved Programmes 2026/2027: Full List of New Courses Cleared by NUC
Northwest University, Kano, has received approval from the National Universities Commission, NUC, to establish more academic programmes after a successful resource assessment and verification exercise.
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Amina Salihi Bayero, informed members of the university community and the general public of the approval. The official letter, dated 26 February 2026 and marked NUC/AP/S37/VOL.1/25, states that the Executive Secretary of the Commission approved the full-time mode of the programmes at the Main Campus from the 2026/2027 academic session.
