Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) JUPEB Programme Admission Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session
Federal University Otuoke, FUOTUOKE, has invited suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into its Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board, JUPEB, programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The JUPEB programme is a one-year intensive foundation programme and it is designed to prepare candidates for an opportunity to obtain a certificate that enables JAMB Direct Entry admission into 200 level of the desired degree programme at FUOTUOKE or any other JUPEB-affiliated university in Nigeria and abroad.
Who can apply for FUOTUOKE JUPEB admission?
Applicants into the FUOTUOKE JUPEB Foundation programme are required to possess credit passes in O’level subjects from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB.
The result must contain at least five subjects, including English Language, Mathematics and three other relevant subjects and the credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
Successful applicants must enrol for and sit for the 2026 JUPEB examination with the relevant A’Level subject combination for the desired degree programme.
What is the purpose of the FUOTUOKE JUPEB programme?
The programme is a foundation route for candidates who want Direct Entry admission into 200 level.
Candidates who complete the JUPEB route may use the certificate for JAMB Direct Entry admission into their desired degree programme at Federal University Otuoke or any other JUPEB-affiliated university in Nigeria and abroad.

How much is the FUOTUOKE JUPEB application fee?
The application fee is Ten Thousand Naira, N10,000.00 only.
The payment is non-refundable and candidates are expected to complete the online application through the FUOTUOKE application portal.
How can candidates apply for FUOTUOKE JUPEB admission?
Candidates should complete the online application through the official application portal and keep the acknowledgement printout after submission.

What documents are required for the online application?
Applicants are required to upload clear copies of the following documents:
- Passport photograph in JPG format
- Scanned copy of WAEC, NECO or NABTEB O’level result or results
- Scanned copy of LGA identification letter in PDF format
- Scanned copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration in PDF format
The format of each document should be followed as stated, since the application process requires specific file types for upload.
What happens after the online application?
After completing the online process, applicants are to appear with a copy of the application acknowledgement printout and copies of all uploaded documents.
Screening and registration will take place at the School of Basic Studies complex, West Campus, Federal University Otuoke.
