JAMB score and subject combination
Candidates must have scored at least 100 marks in the 2026 JAMB examination.
The required subject combination is:

- Chemistry
- Physics
Candidates must also choose the college as first or second choice of institution in the JAMB examination.
O’Level requirements
Candidates must possess WASSCE, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or their equivalence.
They must also have at least credit passes in:

- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
The results must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
Age requirement
The candidate must be at least 17 years of age.
ACHCONSA application date
Online application will commence from Monday, 27 April 2026.
That date marks the start of the online registration process for eligible applicants.
How to apply for ACHCONSA Post UTME Form
Candidates are to visit the ACHCONSA admission portal to purchase the Post UTME application form.
After that, the candidate is to click “Apply Now” to create an account and obtain an access code sent to the email address provided. The access code is then used to complete registration.
Payment is strictly online.
ACHCONSA Post UTME Form fee
The Post UTME Form fee is N25,000.
Accreditation status
The notice states that the college is accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
