Federal Polytechnic Offa has opened its admission portal for the 2026/2027 National Diploma part-time programmes.
The ND part-time programmes are three-year courses and each programme will be spread over six semesters for candidates who want to study while working or managing other responsibilities.

The OFFAPOLY ND Part-Time Form is for candidates seeking National Diploma part-time admission at Federal Polytechnic Offa for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The form covers approved ND part-time programmes across schools of applied sciences, computing, management, communication, engineering, environmental studies and other academic areas listed by the Polytechnic.

Who is eligible for Federal Polytechnic Offa ND Part-Time Admission?
Admission consideration will be given to candidates who choose a programme offered by Federal Polytechnic Offa and meet the stated O’Level requirements.
Each candidate must have five relevant O’Level credits in not more than two sittings and the candidate must have uploaded the O’Level result or results as required for admission processing.
Can awaiting-result candidates apply?
Candidates awaiting O’Level results may apply for the ND part-time screening.
Such candidates will be considered for admission only after their results have been uploaded on JAMB CAPS before the end of admission, so the result upload should be treated as a required admission step.
How will the OFFAPOLY ND Part-Time Form be completed?
All eligible candidates will complete the screening process through the Federal Polytechnic Offa pre-admission portal.
The registration process should be followed in this order:
- Visit the Polytechnic admission portal.
- Make an online payment of ₦2,000 only with an ATM card that is Interswitch-compatible.
- Fill in personal details and the Security Form.
- Use a personal active email address during registration.
- Upload O’Level results and other required credentials.
- Print the Security Form and Post Screening Slip.
- Submit the printed Security Form personally at the Security Office, Main Campus, along Ojoku Road, Offa, Kwara State.
Payment alone will not complete the screening, since the form, uploads, printed documents and campus submission are all part of the stated process.
Where will candidates submit the Security Form?
The printed Security Form will be submitted personally at the Security Office on the Main Campus of the Polytechnic, along Ojoku Road, Offa, Kwara State.
Candidates should keep the Post Screening Slip after printing and the email address used for registration should remain active for admission communication.
When will the OFFAPOLY ND Part-Time screening portal close?
The Polytechnic portal will open for the screening exercise for four weeks from the date of the advertisement.
Candidates will complete the process through the Federal Polytechnic Offa screening portal before the four-week window ends.
What may lead to disqualification?
Candidates are expected to comply with all stated procedures.
Failure to follow the admission process or any false claim by a candidate will lead to disqualification and the admission may be forfeited at any time the issue is found.
