Nigerian Navy College of Accounts and Finance, NNCAF, Owerrinta, Abia State, has commenced admission into its Higher National Diploma, HND programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The minimum ND grade required is Lower Credit.

Candidates with an ND Pass may be considered, provided they have at least two years of post-ND cognate work experience.
Candidates with Lower Credit must have at least one year of post-ND cognate work experience in the field of specialisation.
